Nousheen Javed
Chief Executive Officer
With 20 years of expertise in financial management and real estate investment consulting, Mrs. Nousheen Javed has a comprehensive understanding of both Middle Eastern and U.S. markets. Mrs. Javed specializes in providing strategic financial advice, investment portfolio optimization, and capital market strategies tailored to the needs of institutional and individual investors, as well as developers. Her experience spans various sectors, including commercial real estate, residential investments, real estate valuation, and property acquisition.
Mrs. Javed has a proven track record of navigating complex financial modeling, risk assessment, and asset management processes, delivering data-driven insights that guide sound investment decisions. Her work has included structuring cross-border transactions, facilitating joint ventures, and executing high-value real estate development projects across both the Middle East and the U.S. markets.
In addition to her professional work, Mrs. Javed is deeply passionate about fundraising for community projects, community engagement, and community development. She actively seeks opportunities to contribute to projects that enhance local infrastructures and improve the quality of life for her community.

Daraksha Siddiqi
Vice President
Ms. Darakhsha Siddiqi is a California-licensed attorney. During her time at UCI Law, Ms. Siddiqi was heavily involved in public interest work, contributing to the UCI Law Immigrant Rights Clinic and Consumer Law Clinic under the guidance of licensed attorneys. She was also a part of the Community Economic Development Clinic, where she worked with nonprofits on various community development and resilience initiatives, including tackling food insecurity, grassroots organizing, and promoting residential solar investments.
Additionally, Ms. Siddiqi served as a Council Executive Assistant to the Irvine City Council and Mayor, where she assisted in implementing sustainability programs and responding to constituent concerns. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2022.
Ms. Siddiqi began her legal career as a Workers' Compensation defense attorney at Michael Sullivan & Associates, one of California's premier defense firms. During this time, she also served as the Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division's Immigration and Naturalization Law Committee, where she was responsible for planning and hosting programming, including MCLE-eligible sessions on key topics in immigration law. She later transitioned into real estate.
As the Vice President of Quasar, Ms. Siddiqi leads the firm's efforts in providing real estate consulting services, with a focus on development, finance, data analytics, and sustainable community building. Ms. Siddiqi facilitates legal solutions as per client needs, and she is passionate about leveraging her expertise and knowledge to drive innovative solutions in the real estate industry.

As the Director of Operations and Client Relations at Quasar, Mr. Javed Siddiqi brings over 40 years of experience in compliance, regulation, operations, and client management. With a career that spans major markets in the United States and the U.A.E., he specializes in aligning operational efficiency with exceptional client service, ensuring each engagement is seamless, compliant, and results-driven.
In this role, Mr. Siddiqi oversees strategic operations, optimizes internal workflows, manages cross-functional teams, and fosters strong, long-term client relationships. His leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational best practices, enabling Quasar to consistently deliver high-quality consulting solutions.
Drawing on a multidisciplinary background, Javed approaches challenges with a holistic perspective—blending regulatory expertise, operational precision, and a client-first mindset. Whether streamlining compliance protocols or navigating complex cross-border requirements, he is known for being organized, proactive, and solutions-focused.
