Mrs. Javed specializes in providing strategic financial advice, investment portfolio optimization, and capital market strategies tailored to the needs of institutional and individual investors, as well as developers.

Her experience spans various sectors, including commercial real estate, residential investments, real estate valuation, and property acquisition.

Mrs. Javed has a proven track record of navigating complex financial modeling, risk assessment, and asset management processes, delivering data-driven insights that guide sound investment decisions. Her work has included structuring cross-border transactions, facilitating joint ventures, and executing high-value real estate development projects across both the Middle East and the U.S. markets.

In addition to her professional work, Mrs. Javed is deeply passionate about fundraising for community projects, community engagement, and community development. She actively seeks opportunities to contribute to projects that enhance local infrastructures and improve the quality of life for her community.

Javed Siddiqi brings more than 35 years of marine engineering, classification, ship repair, and operations leadership experience to Quasar. His career spans senior roles with Bureau Veritas in the United States and the U.A.E., Lloyd's Register, Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works, Pakistan National Shipping Corporation, and Ship & Shore Services Ltd., giving him a rare combination of seagoing command, yard execution, and classification society authority.

Across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan, Mr. Siddiqi has worked across commercial shipping, shipyard and dry-dock operations, regulatory audits, and marine environmental compliance. His experience covers container vessels, oil/chemical tankers, bulk carriers, general cargo ships, research vessels, and other ocean-going vessels, with technical depth in propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, structural repairs, statutory surveys, and international compliance under SOLAS, MARPOL, Load Line, ISM, ISPS, and MLC frameworks.

At Bureau Veritas, he has led and approved class and statutory surveys, damage assessments, machinery repairs, and certification decisions, while also overseeing complex retrofit and compliance work involving shore power integration, ballast water treatment systems, selective catalytic reduction systems, Inventory of Hazardous Materials reviews, and carbon-intensity and SEEMP audits. His project and survey work has required coordination among owners, shipyards, OEMs, port stakeholders, and technical centers while balancing safety, commercial schedules, structural integrity, and environmental performance.

At Quasar, Mr. Siddiqi applies that multinational, cross-industry background to operational leadership, technical advisory, and client service. His work is grounded in independent engineering judgement, disciplined risk assessment, and a practical understanding of how to move complex marine matters forward with clarity, compliance, and accountability.
